What type of services do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of Adult-themed Premium Rate services, along with a selection of popular lifestyle themes such as Horoscopes and Psychic / Tarot readings. All of the services we provide have been carefully selected based on their long standing popularity (and profitability) in the Premium Rate industry.

Do I need to be a registered company to set up a service with you?

No, we are more than happy to work with individuals who see the potential for making money from Premium Rate lines.

How much do I get paid?

We are proud to offer some of the highest revenue rates for ready-made services in the UK today. Please see our Rate Cards.

Do you deduct tax?

No, all of the revenue rates quoted on our rate cards are the final NET amount that you receive. We do not deduct tax from these payments. However, you are of course legally obliged to declare any earnings to the Inland Revenue.

How do I monitor my calls?

You have 24/7 log-in access to a password protected website that provides real-time call statistics for all of the services assigned to your account.

How / When do I get paid?

All revenue is paid directly into your bank account via BACS direct bank transfer on or just before the 15th of each month (one month in arrears). For example, call revenue generated between 1-30 April would be paid into your bank account on or just before 15th June.

Please note that the total monthly revenue due to you must exceed £10 in order to qualify for payment (lesser amounts do not roll over to the following month).

Do I need to install any equipment or extra phone lines?

No, all of our Premium Rate & SMS services are hosted on one of the UK's largest and most technically reliable IVR (Interactive Voice Response) platforms. With over 5,000 lines capacity, your callers should never hear an engaged tone. We also employ all the operators that handle live 1-2-1 calls, so the only thing you actually need to do is advertise your numbers.

Can I answer calls myself?

No, we only provide ready-made managed services and cannot provide you with the ability to answer your own calls or provide your own pre-recorded content.

What are the free press adverts that I receive?

Our free print-ready adverts are designed for use in any publication. Our standard format is black and white, 1 column x 4 cm. However, if you wish to have another size for your advert (or have a colour advert), these are available free of charge upon request.

Can you help with my advertising?

Yes, we provide a direct booking service for national newspaper, magazine and TV advertising. We will advise you on the best options to suit your marketing budget and, even better, we can usually secure great discount deals on your behalf.

What are the websites that I receive?

Your free websites will have their own unique domain name and will only contain YOUR services. You can then attract callers by using pay per click advertising on search engines such as Google or Yahoo.

Can I purchase additional websites from you if needed?

Yes, these are charged at £49.95 per additional site.

Can I promote my lines abroad?

Most of our services operate on 09 Premium Rate numbers. These numbers are only accessible to callers in the UK. However, we can now also provide International numbers which you can market abroad. Please contact us for more detailed information on these numbers.

Are there any ongoing fees?

The only ongoing charge you pay is an annual renewal fee of just £10 which covers all of your services.

How quickly can I get up & running?

Upon placing your order, you'll receive an automated email from our shopping cart confirming your payment. Then within 24 hours you'll receive a welcome email from a member of our sales team confirming the lines that are available from your chosen theme(s). Once you've selected your lines and replied to us, we always aim to have your services live and ready for use within 72 hours (although please allow up to 5 working days at busy times).

How secure is my order payment?

All of our credit / debit card payment processing is conducted securely via Optimal Payments using 128-bit secure encryption. Your details are never given to a third party and we do not see your card details at any stage.
